You’ll work in a team with the CEO of Omega Lab B.V.


What will include your tasks?

  • Prospecting and qualification of Outbound leads;
  • Making the first contact with all leads from Europe using any available communication channels;
  • Determination of Lead's compliance with the portrait of a service's consumer;
  • Entering information into CRM;
  • Collecting information about potential customers and their needs through various channels;
  • Ensuring the required number of qualified leads for each target region;
  • Implementation of effective work with sites Clutch.io, Upwork, etc.;
  • Working with Leads from Europe and the USA.

Besides that, there will be tasks related to the development of SDR:


  • Creation of efficient work frameworks;
  • Playbooks;
  • Development of call scripts and demonstrations;
  • Conducting and participating in trainings for the sales team.

We expect you’ll help us build the best SDR department in the industry, delivering 20 SQL per month for each CSM.

  • Competitive salary with performance based bonuses
  • The bonus scheme for the SDR position will be X% of the proceeds from all closed trades qualified by you (for the first 365 days of the client's work)

Job qualifications

  • Basic understanding of IT technologies
  • Proven experience at b2b IT sales 2+ years
  • Experience using Clutch, Upwork, Appolo.io, LinkedIn and others
  • Experience using sach sales qualification methodology as BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC
  • For this role we are looking for candidates who have  work-permit and reside in the Netherlands
